Potential junk email is moved to the junk email folder automatically, and any potentially dangerous content (links, executable code, etc.) within the message is disabled.
Marking a message as not junk
- Click the message you want to mark as not junk, and then click the Not junk button on the toolbar.

- In the Report as Junk box, click Report or Don't Report depending on your desire to report Microsoft's information.
Note: The message will move to your inbox after doing this.
Moving a message from junk email
- Right-click the message you want to move and then click move.

- Click the folder that you would like to move the message to
Note: If the message is truly junk, you can add the email address to your blocked sender's list.
