Managing addresses in blocked senders list in Outlook on the web

I use the Outlook Web App to manage addresses in a blocked sender list.

 Procedure

Outlook Web App: Managing addresses in your blocked sender's list

You can block individual email addresses or domains (@somewhere.com) by adding them to your blocked sender's list. Messages from your block senders list will be sent directly to your junk email folder. 

Adding addresses to your blocked sender's list 

  1. Sign in to the outlook web app: http://webmail.ksu.edu/
     
  2. Click the Settings (gear icon) button at the top right of the screen.


     
  3. Next, click View all Outlook settings.


     
  4. Next, click Mail, then Junk email.


     
  5. In the Blocked senders and domains section, click the Add (+) button.
     
  6. Type an email address or domain, and press "Enter" on your keyboard.


     
  7. Click the Save button at the bottom-right of the screen to add the email or domain to the block list. 

Modifying senders in your block senders list

  1. Select the sender and then click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the right side of the screen.


     
  2. In the Blocked senders and domains box, make the desired change.
     
  3. Click the Save button at the bottom-right of the screen to update the block list.


     

Removing a sender from the block senders list

  1. Select the sender and then click the Remove button (trash can icon) on the right side of the screen.


     
  2. Click the Save button at the bottom-right of the screen to update the block list.
