Outlook Web App: Managing addresses in your blocked sender's list
You can block individual email addresses or domains (@somewhere.com) by adding them to your blocked sender's list. Messages from your block senders list will be sent directly to your junk email folder.
- Sign in to the outlook web app: http://webmail.ksu.edu/
- Click the Settings (gear icon) button at the top right of the screen.
- Next, click View all Outlook settings.
- Next, click Mail, then Junk email.
- In the Blocked senders and domains section, click the Add (+) button.
- Type an email address or domain, and press "Enter" on your keyboard.
- Click the Save button at the bottom-right of the screen to add the email or domain to the block list.
- Select the sender and then click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the right side of the screen.
- In the Blocked senders and domains box, make the desired change.
- Click the Save button at the bottom-right of the screen to update the block list.
- Select the sender and then click the Remove button (trash can icon) on the right side of the screen.
- Click the Save button at the bottom-right of the screen to update the block list.
