Managing addresses in your blocked sender's list

You can block individual email addresses or domains (@somewhere.com) by adding them to your blocked sender's list. Messages from your block senders list will be sent directly to your junk email folder. 

Adding addresses to your blocked sender's list

Sign in to the Webmail: http://webmail.ksu.edu/

  1. Click the Settings button.


     
  2. Click Junk email.


     
  3. In the Senders section, click the Blocked senders and domain tab.
  4. Click the Add blocked senders button.
  5. Type an email address or domain.

    Note: If you have multiple addresses you are adding, put a comma between each address.


     
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click the Save.

Modifying senders in your block senders list

  1. Select the sender and then click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the right side of the screen.


     
  2. In the Blocked senders and domains box, make the desired change.
  3. Click the Save button.

Removing a sender from the block senders list

  1. Select the sender and then click the Trash button.


     
  2. Click the Save
