 Details 

The following email clients are supported by the IT Service Desk and Information Technology Services:

Windows:

  • Outlook 2016 or higher
  • Current Version of Microsoft Mail and Calendar

Mac OS X:

  • Outlook 2016 or higher
  • Current Version of Apple Mail, Calendar, and Contacts

All platforms:

  • Office 365 Web App
  • Known browsers that work well with the Office 365 Web App:
    • Current version of Microsoft Edge
    • Current version of Firefox (Mac, Windows)
    • Current version of Chrome (Mac, Windows)
    • Current version of Safari (Mac, windows)

Microsoft Campus Agreement:

All university-owned faculty and staff computers are eligible for Microsoft Office and Outlook at no cost to departments under the Microsoft Campus Agreement. See your department's technical support person for details. Also, all faculty, staff, and students are eligible to download Office 365 Pro Plus for their home computers. 

Assistance with configuring clients beyond those listed above will not be supported by the IT Help Desk. Individual departments who want to extend support for email clients other than those listed above, need to understand that neither Microsoft nor the IT Help Desk will offer support.
