Installing Microsoft 365 Apps for Macs

 Objective

K-State faculty, staff, and students can download Microsoft 365 Apps for free. Apps can be installed on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five phones.

 Procedure

  1. Sign in to K-State webmail.
  2. Click the App Launcher.

    Click App Launcher
     
  3. Click More Apps.
  4. In the upper-right corner, click Install Apps.
  5. Click Install Office.
  6. Open the Microsoft 365 apps download file and follow the instructions.

    Note:
    You may be prompted to enter your eID and password for the computer to allow the installation. 
     
  7. Click Close.

    Note: If you are prompted to choose either Microsoft Account or Organizational Account, choose Organizational Account.
