Installing Microsoft 365 Apps for Macs

 Objective

K-State faculty, staff, and students can download Microsoft 365 Apps for free. Apps can be installed on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five phones.

 Procedure

1. Sign in to K-State webmail.
2. Click the App Launcher.
   
   
    
3. In the upper-right, click Microsoft 365.
4. Click Install Apps.
5.  Click Microsoft 365 apps and open the program once it finishes downloading.
   
   
    
6. Click Continue twice and agree to the terms of the license.
7. Click Install.
   
   Note: You may be prompted to enter your eID and password for the computer to allow the installation. 
    
8. Click Close.
   
   Note: If you are prompted to choose either Microsoft Account or Organizational Account, choose Organizational Account.
