Installing Microsoft 365 Apps for Windows

 Objective

K-State faculty, staff, and students can download Microsoft 365 Apps for free. Apps can be installed on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five phones.

 Procedure

1. Sign in to K-State webmail and click the App Launcher.
   
   
   
   
2. Click More Apps.
   
3. In the upper-right corner, click Install apps.
4. Click Microsoft 365 apps. 
5. Open the program after it downloads and follow the instructions
   
   Note: Enter your eID and password if prompted.
    
6. Click Close to complete the installation.
   
   ​​​​​​​Note: If prompted, to choose a Microsoft account, select Organizational Account.
