Installing Office 365 Apps in Windows


K-State faculty, staff, and students can download Office 365 Apps for free. Apps can be installed on up to 5 PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five phones.

  1. Sign in to K-State webmail and click the App Launcher.

  2. Click Office 365.

  3. Click Install Office. 
  4. Click Office 365 apps. 

  6. Open the program after it downloads.
  7. Click Continue twice and agree to the terms of the license.
  8. Click Install.

    Note: Enter the computer your username and password if prompted.

  9. Click Close to complete the installation.

    Note: If prompted, to choose a Microsoft account, select Organizational Account.
