 Procedure

1. Go to webmail.ksu.edu.
2. Sign in with your eID and password.
3. Click the Settings icon.
   
   
    
4. In Search Outlook Settings,type POP and IMAP. 
5. Select POP and IMAP to display the settings.
   
   
   
   Notes:
   • The user ID is formatted as eid@ksu.edu (not eid or eid@k-state.edu).
   • The authentication method should be set to normal password.
