 Procedure

Ensure that Office has all its updates installed before starting.

  1. Open Outlook for Mac. 
  2. On the Tools menu, click Accounts
  3. Do one of the following: 
     
    • If this is the first account created in Outlook: Under Add an Account
    • If an account has previously been created in Outlook: Click the plus button and then click New Account.
  4. Type your K-State email address on the Set Up Your Email page (example: willie@ksu.edu).
  5. In the eID, type your K-State eID (example: willie).
  6. In the Password box, type your eID password.
  7. Close the account screen.
