Configuring Microsoft 365 email on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch

Configuring your K-State email with the Mail application on IOS devices.

 Procedure

Before beginning, delete any previous K-State email settings from the device.

1. Navigate to Settings, look for Apps and then tap Mail.
2. Tap Accounts.   
3. Tap Add Account.
   
   
    
4. Tap Microsoft Exchange.
5. Type your full K-State email address (example: willie@ksu.edu).
   
   
   
   Note: You must use @ksu.edu, not @k-state.edu.
    
6. Tap Next. and then tap Sign in.
7. Sign in with your eID and password.
   
   Note: If your iPhone can’t find your settings, use outlook.office365.com for the server name.
    
8. Choose which services to sync and then click Save. 
   
   Note: If you're prompted to create a passcode, tap Continue and type a numeric passcode. Without a passcode, you cannot view your email account on your iPhone. You can set up a passcode later in your iPhone settings.
