Objective
Remove old saved password and allow entry of a new password in Outlook.

In the
Windows Search
box, type
Credential Manager
and click
OK
.
If using Windows 10, click
Windows Credentials
. (Skip this step if you are using Windows 7)
Under
Generic
Credentials
, find your email address (eID@ksu.edu).
For each of those lines, click the drop-down arrow and click
Remove.
Repeat step 4 for any other email accounts you have connected to Outlook that are having connectivity issues.
Open Outlook again. It should prompt for an updated password.
