Objective
Remove old saved password and allow entry of a new password in Outlook.

Procedure
- Close Outlook.
- In the Windows Search box, type Credential Manager and click OK.

- If using Windows 10, click Windows Credentials. (Skip this step if you are using Windows 7)
- Under Generic Credentials, find your email address (eID@ksu.edu).
- For each of those lines, click the drop-down arrow and click Remove.

- Repeat step 4 for any other email accounts you have connected to Outlook that are having connectivity issues.
- Open Outlook again. It should prompt for an updated password.
