Objective
How students can swap classes in KSIS.
Audience
Environment
Procedure
Sign in to KSIS with your eID and password.
Go to the Enrollment Tile
Make sure you are on the Enroll Tab - The Swap Option
Choose the Term - Click on the CONTINUE button
Select the class to swap for another class.
Select Search for Class or Enter Class Nbr to locate a replacement class, then click enter.
On the Enrollment Preference page verify the class and select desired options
If applicable - Choose the Wait List Option if the Class is Full and you would like to be considered/added to the wait list
Click Next.
On the Confirm your selection page, verify the accuracy of the classes then click Finish Swapping.
The View Results page will display either Success or Error.
NOTE: Pay Attention for Success Messages or Error Messages before moving on & Always Confirm Your MY Class Schedule to make sure ALL Classes are accurate before leaving KSIS
