Changing the class grading option in KSIS

 Objective

Students can change the grading option for a class in KSIS.

 Audience

  • KSIS

 Procedure

  1. Sign in to KSIS with your eID and password. 
     
  2. Click Student Center.
     
  3. Open Other Academic... and click Enrollment: Edit.

    Select Other Academic and Click Enrollment: Edit
     
  4. Click .
     
  5. Select the desired term and click Continue.
     
  6. Select the desired class and click Proceed to Step 2 of 3

    Select the class to edit
     
  7. If there are other class components, such as labs or quizzes, select the related components and click Next.
     
  8. Select the appropriate Grading basis and click Next

    Change the Grading Basis as desired
     
  9. Verify the changes and click Finish Editing.

 Notes

  • You must be enrolled or on the waitlist for the class in question.
  • The last date to drop classes for the term in question must not have passed.
  • The class must allow for a grade or an A-Pass-F grading option (designated as a grading basis of Student Option in KSIS).
