Scheduling a meeting room in Outlook on the web

 Objective

Schedule a meeting room at the same time you invite attendees.

 Procedure

1. Select the Calendar tab

2. Click New Event

3. Select the Start and End times for the meeting.

4. Click the Room Finder button.

5. Click on the room you want to schedule.

6. After selecting a room, click the Send button.
