  • K-State eID management - eIDs are used to access university systems and becomes part of your K-State email, it’s used to enroll in classes, access K-State Online, view online paychecks, and much more. 
  • Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a system that uses two steps to identify individuals accessing K-State systems. 
  • Active Directory onboarding, offboarding and modifying access to SharePoint, network drives, groups, and other network resources.
  • Single sign-on / eID authentication (SSO) restricts access to only eID holders (typically K-Staters) eliminating the need for additional usernames or passwords for each system.
  • Request access to systems managed by K-State IT. Requests are reviewed and approved by appropriate sources, which may include data stewards, product owners, and the requestor’s respective dean/director/supervisor or authorized proxy.
