Order Urgent Processing (UP) Paper Transcripts for FedEx Delivery in KSIS for Current Students


Current students can order Urgent Processing (UP) paper transcripts for FedEx delivery.

Note: Due to Covid-19, urgent processing (UP) is currently not available.

  1. Log into KSIS with your eID and password. 
  2. From the Student Homepage in KSIS, click the Other Academics tile.


  1. On the left, click Order a Transcript/Diploma.

  2. This takes you to the Document landing page in KSIS shown below.  Click the Click Here to Order Your Documents(s) button.

    Note:  This will take you to the Parchment website to complete the transcript order.  If the transcript ordering window does not appear, you may have a pop-up blocker enabled.  Click HERE for steps on disabling common pop-up blockers. 
  3. From the University Ordering Portal landing page, click the blue Order Now!.
  4. Select the document type you want to order: Transcript.

  5. Click on the blue link under the sear box to View All Ordering Options to allow you to Send to Yourself, Another Individual or Third Party.

  6. From the Product Type list, select Urgent Processing Paper Transcript (Current Students).

  1. Review the Delivery Options, Fees and Instructions for ordering details.

  2. Enter the recipient's (to whom you are sending the transcript) name and address.  Click Continue.
    The address will be validated and order options are displayed.

  3. For FedEx delivery you must provide the following information:
    1. Phone number for the recipient.
    2. Urgent Processing Time, Processing Time and Degree Type are hard-coded for this ordering option.
    3. Select Mailing Method FedEx.
    4. Purpose for Request.
    5. Enter Quantity.

      Optional items of Attachment, Special Instructions and Add Another Item can be selected as applicable. Attachments that need the Office of the Registrar to provide additional information should only be ordered for paper delivery.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Review your shopping cart contents. If the contents in your cart are correct, click Checkout.  If the contents in your card are not correct, click Remove and Update Shopping cart.  To add additional items, click Continue Shopping.

  6. Click Next to give consent to release your record.

  7. Review your billing address. Click Change Billing Address if you need to update your billing address. Click Next.

  8. Confirm you billing information.

  9. Confirm your order, click Confirm.

  10. Enter the Credit Card Number (without spaces or dashes) and expiration date (mmyy).  Then click Pay Now.

    Note: Do NOT double-click the Pay Now button.  A circle will spin for a few seconds while the order is processing

  11. A confirmation of your order appears. Click Log Off.
