Microsoft Visio Pro is a diagramming and vector graphics tool used for creating visual representations of information. Microsoft Visio Pro licenses are available for lease through the Division of Information Technology for faculty and staff who need to create flowcharts, network diagrams, org charts, floor plans, and more.

• May be used on both K-State-owned and personal equipment.
• When a license is allocated, Visio will display in Office 365 apps.
• Microsoft Visio Pro is web-based and can be accessed from anywhere including K-State equipment and personal equipment.

 Rates

• Named users are licensed at $24.50/year.
• The license year begins February 1 and runs through January 31.
• Costs for purchases made during the year are pro-rated through January 31.

 Notes

• When a license is purchased and allocated to the user, the license will automatically display in the Office 365 apps.
