 Procedure

Zoom’s Microsoft Teams integration allows you to start an instant meeting or join a scheduled meeting from within the Microsoft Teams.

To install Zoom for MS Teams

  1. Go to this link
     
  2. Click Sign in to install to the right of Microsoft Teams


     
  3. In the following screen, click Sign in with SSO

  4. Type ksu in the Company Domain box, then click Continue.


     
  5. You will be taken to signin.k-state.edu to log in to your KSU account. It might log you in automatically if you are logged into any other KSU services like KSIS or Canvas.
     
  6. Click Install to the right of Microsoft Teams.


     
  7. Click Authorize on the following page.


     
  8. This will prompt you to open the Teams app. If you don't have it installed, click Use the web app instead to open Teams in your browser.
     
  9. Zoom app will now be open in MS Teams, click Add to add Zoom to your MS Teams. You can also click the down arrow to the right of it to add Zoom to a team or a chat.


     
  10. The first time you use Zoom app, you may be prompted to sign in. Click <click here> in the Zoom app in order to do that.

  11. Zoom app should now be installed on your MS Teams.
