Checking storage usage in OneDrive

 Objective

K-State students, faculty, and staff have 5 TB of space available in their OneDrive. You can see how much space you are using by going into OneDrive settings in the Web App.

 Procedure

1. Sign into OneDrive using your eID and passowrd at onedrive.ksu.edu.
    
2. Click the Settings button in the top-right, then select OneDrive settings in the menu that appears.
   
   
    
3. Click More Settings in the menu to the left.
   
   
    
4. Under the Features and storage header, select Storage Metrics.
   
   
    
5. In the top-right corner you will see how much free space of the 5 TB you have remaining.
   
   

 Notes

• If you click Documents in the list, you will see a breakdown of the amount of space each of your files and folders are using.
