Managing your LISTSERV mailing list templates

 Objective

You can manage the templates of the LISTSERV mailing lists you own via K-State's LISTSERV.

 Procedure

  1. Sign in to listserv.ksu.edu with your @ksu.edu email address and your eID password.
     
  2. Under List Management, click Mail Templates.


     
  3. On the Select Template Category list, select the desired template category and then press the Select button


     
  4. On the Template Style, select a template to edit and then press the Select button.

Note: A common template to use is a bottom banner which tells members how to manage their subscription to your list. Add the following to your bottom banner and LISTSERV will substitute your list name and generate a URL to let your subscribers know how to do that:
