To access it, go to the search bar at the bottom left of the screen. Type “narrator.”
To turn it on, go to the Narrator App and click on it. (Figure 1)

The narrator will open and start reading whatever is in the active screen area. The first pane is a Narrator window. (Figure 2)

In the above window, you can click OK to access more information about Narrator. (Figure 3)

Test readability of information via a screen reader
Often, those building learning contents for students will test the accessibility of such information by trialing the work with Narrator.
A toggle can be set to enable easy starting and stopping of the Narrator (“Start or stop Narrator,” 2021).
Customized voice settings may also be set (“Customizing Narrator,” 2021)
