Objective
Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat DC serial number installations must be uninstalled when switching to a different license type (such as Named Licensing or Shared Device Licensing) or when a previously purchased license is not being renewed. The process for uninstalling the software is as follows:

Procedure
1 - Download and run the serial number package uninstaller for either Windows or Mac. The uninstallers are available on the Catfiles Apps volume, under Adobe Creative Cloud Device License Packages --> Serial Number Package Uninstallers.
2 - If any additional Adobe apps are still present, uninstall them using Add/Remove Programs (for Windows) or move them to the Trash (for macOS)
3 - Download and run the Adobe CC Cleaner utility from the Adobe website at the below link. Run the cleaner multiple times if needed until the only remaining cleanup option is to "Fix Hosts File."
