This guide will walk you through accessing course history for a student who is not assigned to you in KSIS.
1. Introduction
Sign in to KSIS.
2. Click here
Click on Advisor Favorites.
3. Click "View data for other students"
Select the option to view data for other students.
4. Click "Last Name"
Enter the "Last Name".
5. Click "First Name"
Enter the "First Name".
6. Click "Search"
Click Search.
7. Click "Other Academic Information"
Select "Course History" from the dropdown menu.
8. Click here
Click the arrows.
9. Click "Course" to sort
Click on "Course" to sort by subject.
10. Click "Term" to sort
Click on "Term" to sort by semester.
