Using GlobalProtect VPN at the Login Screen

 Objective

This article provides instructions for students, faculty, and staff on how to log in with VPN using GlobalProtect at the login screen when working remotely.

 Procedure

1. At the login screen, connect to your home or remote network.
   
   
    
2. Click the Padlock with Key icon. This will bring up the VPN login prompt.
   
   
    
3. Login to the VPN with your eID and password. Then complete the DUO push/phone prompt.
   
   
    
4. After you have successfully logged in, it will display "Connected". Click the Back button.
   
   
    
5. You can now login with your eID and password.
