Viewing the calendar for a room in Outlook on the web


This article provides instructions on how to add a room calendar in the portal using the building code and room number.

  1. Log into
  2. Click Calendar.

  3. Click ADD CALENDARS in the navigation pane.

  4. Click Add from the directory on the left-hand side.

  5. Then, in the Enter a name or email address field: type the room name.
  6. Select which calendar group you would like to add the room calendar to.

    Note: The format of room names is building code letters, hyphen (-), room number, hyphen (-), LOC. Ex. HL-107-LOC for room 107 in Hale Library.
  7. Click Add.
