  • DHCP reservations ensure that a device will always have the same IP address while it is configured to use DHCP. DHCP reservations can be beneficial for situations like network printers or if a computer is needing access to a resource that is restricted by IP.
  • DNS services includes new or updated entries, or request removal of entries, from the Domain Name System.
  • Firewall services can also be requested.
  • Network design and installation or new network equipment can be requested through Network Telecommunication Services (NTS).
