• The Division of Information Technology negotiates and manages educational and volume software licensing agreements providing both free and for-purchase software products to faculty, staff, and students. Service includes: 
  • Software installation on University desktops and laptops; includes licensing and subscription renewals, transfers, and removal of software. 
  • Report software installation issues, errors, and submit how-to questions. 

Requirements

• Licenses must be paid for by K-State departments. Funding for licenses should be secured prior to submitting your request. 
• Subscription based licenses must be renewed annually. Renewal dates are based on the license agreement.
