Completing the Advising Survey in KSIS

 Objective

After students meet with their advisor, they should complete the advising survey in KSIS.

 Procedure

1. Sign in to KSIS with your eID and password. 
2. Click Tasks.
   
   
    
3. From the Holds list, click Academic Advising Survey.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Click here to complete the survey to take the survey in Qualtrics.
   
   
   
   
5. Follow the on-screen instructions and answer the questions.
   
6. After the survey is complete, the advising survey hold in KSIS is released.  Please allow at least 10 minutes for this process to complete.
