Procedure
Applying categories to e-mails:
- Right-click the message you want to categorize and then click Categorize.
- Click the category you want to apply.
Note: If you need to create a new category, continue following the steps below.
- If you need a category that does not exist yet, select the New category below the existing ones.
- Create a Name for the category and select a Color for it, then press Save.
- The newly created category will be applied to the e-mail you right-clicked to create it.
