How to respond to meeting requests.

Procedure
Accepting meeting requests
- Open the meeting request.
- Click the Accept button.
Note: If you have a conflict or an adjacent meeting, you'll see a banner in the heading of the meeting request. Click the banner to view the details of the conflicting or adjacent meeting.
- Click Send this response now.
Note: If you choose don't send the response, the originator of the meeting won't have any indication that you are planning on attending the meeting.
Marking meeting requests as tentative
- Open the meeting request.
- Click the Tenative button.
Note: The meeting is also added to your calendar. But other people looking at your schedule can see you have only a tentative engagement at that time. If you have a conflict or an adjacent meeting, you'll see a banner in the heading of the meeting request. Click the banner to view the details of the conflicting or adjacent meeting.
- Click Send this response now.
Note: If you choose don't send the response, the originator of the meeting won't have any indication that you are tentatively planning on attending the meeting.
Declining meeting requests
- Open the meeting request.
- Click the Decline.
- Click Send this response now.
Note: If you choose don't send the response, the originator of the meeting won't have any indication that you aren't planning on attending the meeting.
Replying to a meeting invitation
- Open the meeting invitation.
- Do one of the following:
- To send a message only to the meeting organizer, click REPLY.
- To send a message to everyone who was invited, click REPLY ALL.
- In the message body, type your reply and then click SEND.
Forwarding a meeting invitation
- Open the meeting request and then click Forward.
- On the To line, type the email address of the recipient.
- Click Send.
