Procedure
You are able to open another person's calendar on the Desktop Outlook client.
On the
File
tab, click
Open & Export.
Click
Other User's Folders
.
Do one of the following:
In the
Name
box, type the name of the person who granted you delegate access permissions and then click
OK
.
or
Click the
Name
button.
Type the person's name and then click
Go
.
Select the person's name, click
OK
.
In the Folder type list, check the folder type you want to open and then click
OK
.
