The IT Service Desk provides campus with support for your K-State eID, KSIS, Canvas, HRIS and many other campus-wide systems. The IT Service-Desk is only available during specific times of the day/week. This article provides the hours of operation for the IT Service Desk.

Phone, Chat or Walk-in

Monday - Friday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday  Closed
Sunday 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.  

Phone and Chat Only

Monday - Friday 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday  Closed
Sunday 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.  

IT Service Desk Winter holiday hours

December 18 1 p.m. – 8 p.m. (Phone and chat only)
December 24 - December 26 Closed
December 27 - December 30 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Phone and chat only)
December 31 - January 2 Closed
January 8 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. (Phone and chat only)
January 14 - January 16 Closed
