Requesting a refund in PaperCut

 Objective

If for some reason you need to request a refund in PaperCut, you can do so by following the steps below:

 Audience

  • Students
  • Faculty
  • Staff

  • Papercut

 Procedure

  1. Log in with your eID and Password at https://papercut.ksu.edu/


     
  2. Click Recent Print Jobs on the menu on the left-hand side.


     
  3. Locate the desired print job and click Request Refund.


     
  4. Enter the Refund Amount and Reason for Request and click Send.

Note: Requests for refunds are usually reviewed and processed within 1 full business day.
