Sign in to the KCCTO Salesforce org

This article explains the proper way to login and access the KCCTO Salesforce org.

 Procedure

Sign in to Specialist portal.

  1. Go to https://kccto.my.site.com/specialist/s/.
  2. Type your username and password.
  3. Complete the Salesforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) steps. To setup the Salesforce Authenticator for your account, please refer to this Salesforce article. If you need further assistance, please submit a service request ticket and a member of our team will help.

Sign in to Admin portal.

  1. Go to https://kccto.my.salesforce.com. 
  2. Select "Log in with eID"
  3. Enter your K-State eID and password. 
  4. Complete the Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) steps. You can refer to this guide for additional information about Duo or submit a service request ticket if there is an issue with your Duo account. 

 Notes

  • Salesforce recommends using Chrome as your default browser for the best user experience and improved feature compatibility. If you are using a different browser and experience an issue, please try switching to Chrome to see if it resolves the issue. 
  • Using a VPN and/or certain browser plug-ins may also have an impact on Salesforce functionality. Try disabling one or all of those tools if you encounter login issues.
