KSIS: Student Photos

Advisors, faculty, and administrative staff can view student photos through KSIS.

Student ID photos are now in KSIS and are accessible to advisors, faculty, and selected administrative staff as noted below.

 Procedure

If you are unable to access student photos but feel you should, submit a request to the Help Desk (https://support.ksu.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=25). 

Provide your name, eID, and reason(s) why you should have access to student photos.

Advisors can access student photos in these locations:

  • Advisor Center - My Advisees
  • Advisor Student Center - Demographic data page
  • KSU Advisor Center - Photo Roster bulk operation or click the advisee name.
  • Student Services Center - Demographic data page
  • Student Service Center (Student) - Demographic data page

Faculty can access student photos in these locations:

  • Student Services Center - Demographic data page
  • Student Services Ctr (Student) - Demographic data page
  • Campus Community - Personal Information - Identification - Photo
  • Records and Enrollment - Student Background Information - Photo

 Notes

Note: Some KSIS pages may function or display student photos differently based on your browser and operating system settings.  Some helpful tips:

  1. To view the PDF version of the class photo roster or advisee photo roster, be sure to disable your pop-up blocker.  See Disabling Pop Up Blockers (https://www.k-state.edu/ksis/help/gettingstarted/Disabling-Popup-Blockers.html) for details.
  2. If using Internet Explorer 9 or 10, be sure to enable the compatibility mode.  See Enable IE 10 Compatibility Mode (https://www.k-state.edu/ksis/help/gettingstarted/all-IE-CompatibilityMode.html) for details.
