Accepting Designee Access in KSIS

How a designee accepts the invitation sent by the student

Potential designees can accept designee access in KSIS by following the instructions below:

 Procedure

  1. Click the link in the email invitation to register for an eID or to link an existing eID to your student's account. If you did not receive this email, please contact your student to resend the email from KSIS.

  2. If you do not have an eID, you must register for one by clicking Register Now! 
    If you have (or have had) an eID, enter the eID and click Submit. If you do not remember your eID or password, contact the IT Service Desk.

  3. After you have submitted your current eID, your student is sent an email to verify your access. You are sent an email confirmation once they have given final approval for you to view their account. 
  4. After your student has confirmed your account, log into KSIS with your eID and password to view their records.
