Use the K-State IT Service Portal to submit requests and incident tickets.

Environment

Kansas State University IT Service Portal (via browser)

Procedure

For Incidents: (an issue with a process or service not working as expected for more than one person)

  1. Go to support.ksu.edu and sign in with your eID and password.
  2. Below Submit a ticket, click Service Catalog.
  3. Select the desired Service. 
  4. Click Report an issue.
  5. Fill out all fields in the Issue Details area.
  6. Attach a file if desired.
  7. Click Request.

For Requests: (an issue with a process or service for a single individual)

  1. Go to support.ksu.edu and sign in with your eID and password.
  2. Below Submit a ticket, click Service Catalog.
  3. Select the desired Service. 
  4. Click Request service.
  5. Fill out all fields in the Request Details area.
  6. Attach a file if desired.
  7. Click Request.
