 Procedure

The following settings are the official POP, IMAP and SMTP settings provided by Microsoft for Office 365. You can verify these settings in the following locations:

  1. In Outlook Web App, click Settings  > Options > Account > My account.
  2. On the My account page, click Settings for POP or IMAP access.

Note: When asked for your user ID use the format eid@ksu.edu.

 

POP settings Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL 
IMAP settings Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL 
SMTP settings

Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: TLS
