Accessing AiM

AiM is maintained at Kansas State University and is used by the Facilities staff. The Division of Facilities uses AiM as a computer maintenance management software solution.

URL to access AiM: https://ksuaimapp.assetworks.com/fmax/. This URL can be accessed with all browsers.

AiM uses Single Sign On with an eID and eID password.

• If a user is employed with Facilities and cannot log into the AiM website and SHOULD have access, contact Randall Booth (randallbooth@ksu.edu) or the ISO Office.
