Objective
To create and add permissions to a Parent/Guest account in the Wildcat OneCard ID management website.

Procedure
Note: The student/employee will need to be the one who initially sets up the Parent/Guest account and it's access.
Student/Employee Steps:
- Go to onecard.ksu.edu
- On the left side of the page select Student & Employee Login

- Sign in with your eID and Password

- In the bottom left select Personalize and then Grant Guest Access

- Under "Friend/Relative Access" select ADD

- Enter your Parent/Guest's email, pick what permissions you would like the Parent/Guest account to have, and make sure it's Enabled
- View Statement: This allows the Parent/Guest to view your Account Statements under the Account Management tab
- Low Balance: This allows the Parent/Guest to manage who gets notified and what the minimum Cat Cash balance is for Low Balance notifications
- Guest Access: This allows the Parent/Guest to grant guest access under the Account Management tab
- Request Money: This allows the Parent/Guest to send an email to request funds on your behalf
- Lost Card: This allows the Parent/Guest to report your physical ID Card as Lost/Stolen, or Found
- View Balances: This allows the Parent/Guest to view your Balances and Recent Transactions on the home page
- Virtual Card: This allows the Parent/Guest to display your virtual ID card

- Once you're ready click Add again and an email will be sent to the Parent/Guest's email detailing their login information.
Note: At any point you can edit/update or remove your Parent/Guest accounts from within the Grant Guest Access option mentioned in step 4.
Parent/Guest Steps:
Note: After your student/employee has completed the aforementioned steps you should receive an email from Atrium Connect that gives you your Login and temporary password.
- Go to onecard.ksu.edu
- On the left side of the page select Parent/Guest Login

- Sign in using the registered email and the password sent in the email from Atrium Connect

Note: The first thing you should do once you've signed in is change your password.
- In the bottom left select Personalize and then Change Guest Password

- From here you can type in what you'd like your password to be and then select Update
