Using a landline for Duo authentication

 Procedure

1. Sign in to any K-State authenticated tool.
2. Select the Other Options button on the Duo Prompt. The loading circle at the Duo Prompt center updates each process step.
   
   
    
3. Select the Phone call option and listen to the instructions to authenticate. The Duo Prompts also tells you how to approve the request over the phone.
   
    
    
4. Answer the phone call and press 1 on your phone.
   1. NOTE: In the event you receive a fraudulent authentication request press 9 to report it
