Zoom released a new update for the Chrome plugin. It is version 15.12.9, and you will need to manually update to it. The Zoom Scheduler extension, a Chrome plug-in, allows you to schedule Zoom meetings directly from your Google Calendar. The Zoom Scheduler extension, a Chrome plug-in, allows you to schedule Zoom meetings directly from your Google Calendar. Using the extension, you can start an instant meeting or schedule a future one.
Zoom will upgrade the plug-in on November 26, 2022. Those who use the plug-in will be required to log in manually the first time you open your browser and use the upgraded Google Chrome extension.

Procedure
1. Start by starting the ZOOM app on your computer.
Find on the start bar:
Find on your desktop:
Find on your taskbar:
2. Double-click to start the app and sign in if you have not already.
3. From the app dialogue box, select the profile in the upper right corner:
4. A pop-out will open, go down and select Check for Updates:
Then select it to start the update
5. Once complete, you will get the update box:
Notes
NOTE: If you have a previous link to zoom on your taskbar, it will no longer work. You will need to remove it and find the new zoom icon on your desktop to make a new taskbar link.
