 Procedure

Select a category below for instructions.

There are a number of themes for changing the look and feel.

  1. Click the Settings button.

  2. Click a theme. 

    Note: It saves automatically. You can view more themes by clicking View all.

To change the Display settings:

  1. Click the Settings button.

  2. Select the desired Display Settings.

To customize the reading pane:

  1. Click the Settings button.

    ""
     
  2. Select the desired Reading pane settings.

To select whether to display email by the sender's name or the email subject:

  1. Click the Settings button.

    ""
     
  2. Click View all Outlook settings.


     
  3. Select Layout.
  4. Select your Message List format.

To change your conversation view:

  1. Click the Settings button.

    ""
     
  2. Click View all Outlook settings.


     
  3. Select Layout.
  4. In Message Organization, select the desired option.
