Procedure
To automatically open another person's mailbox in addition to your own each time you open Outlook, do the following:
- Click the File tab in the upper-left-hand corner; click Info on the left-hand menu; click the Account Settings button, and then click Account Settings from the dropdown.

- On the Email tab, select your email account and then click the Change button.

- Click the More Settings button in the bottom-left corner.

- Click the Advanced Tab and then the Add... button.

- Type the name of the person who granted you delegate access permissions.

- Click the OK button as shown above, and click the OK button in the original window.
- Click the Next button shown in step three.
- Click Done, and close the window.
