 Procedure

To automatically open another person's mailbox in addition to your own each time you open Outlook, do the following:

  1. Click the File tab in the upper-left-hand corner; click Info on the left-hand menu; click the Account Settings button, and then click Account Settings from the dropdown.


     
  2. On the Email tab, select your email account and then click the Change button.


     
  3. Click the More Settings button in the bottom-left corner.


     
  4. Click the Advanced Tab and then the Add... button.


     
  5. Type the name of the person who granted you delegate access permissions.


     
  6. Click the OK button as shown above, and click the OK button in the original window.
     
  7. Click the Next button shown in step three.
     
  8. Click Done, and close the window.
