Acessing the 1098T tax form in KSIS

 Objective

1098T IRS tuition statements are available online and can be accessed from within KSIS. The 1098T indicates the amount of tuition billed by Kansas State University in a particular calendar year as required by the IRS.

 Procedure

1. Go to KSIS and log in with your eID and Password.
    
2. Click on Financial Account.
   
   
    
3. Click on Account Services and then View 1098-T
   
   
    
4. To elect to view your 1098T Tuition Statement online in KSIS, in the Accounts Services Section, click Grant Consent.
   
   
    
5. Read the Consent Agreement and select Yes, I have read the agreement, then click Submit.
   
   
    
6. Select the Tax Year to view the 1098T Tuition Statement form.
