Procedure
NOTE: if the user wants to keep their saved passwords, make sure that Passwords/ saved login data is unchecked. It is HIGHLY recommended as this will clear any active logins saved on the browser.
- I in the top-right, click Settings and more.

- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy, search, and services.

- Unde Delete Browsing Data section, Click Choose what to clear.
- In the pop out window under Time range, click All time.
- Select every option Except for Passwords and autofill form data.
- Click Clear now.
- Close every open window of Edge. (Make sure everything is saved in the other windows or tabs.)
