Objective
Meeting requests and responses can quickly clutter your inbox. Create rule(s) that filter all meeting-related messages to specific folder(s).

Procedure
- Sign in to webmail at webmail.ksu.edu.
- Click the Settings button.

- Click View all Outlook settings.
- In the Mail section, and click Rules.

- Click + Add new rule.
- In the Name your rule box, type a name for your rule.
- Under Add a condition, click Select a condition.
- Under Message includes, click Type.

- Under Add a condition, click Select an Option.
- Select Event response.

- Under Add an action, click Select an action.
- Under Organize, select Move to.
- Under Add an action, click Select a folder.
- Search for a folder by name or select one from the list.
Note: If you don't want to stop processing more rules, uncheck the box.
- If you want to run the rule immediately, select Run rule now.

- Click Save to finish creating your rule.
