Printing using a copy code in Windows.

Windows 10
- Open the Start menu and type "printers" to start a search.
- Click on Printers & scanners.

- Click the printer to set the copied code on.
- Click Manage.
- Click Printing preferences.
Note: You may need to minimize the settings window to see the preferences window.
- Click All Tab and then click Basic to expand the menu.

- Click Authentication/Account Track.
- Enter your copy code into the Password box. Leave the Department Name box blank.

- Click OK to close the User Authentication/Account Track window.
- Click OK to close the Printer Preferences window.
