 Procedure

You can reschedule a meeting depending on the specific type by following the steps below:

Reschedule a meeting that isn't part of a series 

  1. Log in to K-State Webmail with your eID and password.
  2. Click Calendar on the left menu.
  3. Click the meeting you want to reschedule and click Edit.

    Select meeting and click Edit
     
  4. Edit the options to change.

  5. Click anywhere on the calendar to exit the meeting options.

Reschedule one meeting in a series 

  1. Log in to K-State Webmail with your eID and password.
  2. Click Calendar on the left menu.
  3. Click the meeting you want to reschedule and click Edit.

    Select meeting and click Edit
     
  4. Edit the options you want to change.

  5. Click anywhere on the calendar to exit the meeting options.
  6. Click Only this event to save your changes.

    Click the Only for this Event Option

Reschedule all meetings in a series 

  1. Log in to K-State Webmail with your eID and password.
  2. Click Calendar on the left menu.
  3. Click the meeting you want to reschedule and click Edit.

    Select meeting and click Edit
     
  4. Edit the options you want to change. 
  5. Click anywhere on the calendar to exit the meeting options. 
  6. Click All to save your changes.

    Click the All Button to change all instances of the meeting
